「Synchronized Photoluminescence and Electrical Mobility Enhancement in 2D WS2 through Sequence-Specific Chemical Passivation」がJournal of the American Chemical Societyに掲載されました。

ウプサラ大学およびケンブリッジ大学との国際共同研究により、2次元物質WS2の表面を連続的に化学修飾することで欠陥をパッシベーションできる新たな手法を生み出しました。これにより発光効率および移動度の双方を100倍増大させることが可能になります。

第36回半導体物理国際会議（36th International Conference on the Physics of Semiconductors 2024, ICPS2024）が2024年7月28日（日）から8月3日（金）にわたって、カナダのオタワにあるショーセンターで開催されました。半導体物理国際会議は、IUPAP（International Union of Pure and Applied Physics, 国際純粋・応用物理学連合）が開催する会議で、世界最大規模の半導体物理学に関する国際会議です。本研究室からは、以下の4名が発表を行いました。
