”Synchronized Photoluminescence and Electrical Mobility Enhancement in 2D WS2 through Sequence-Specific Chemical Passivation” was posted.

In an international collaboration with Uppsala University and Cambridge University, we have developed a new method to passivate defects by continuously chemically modifying the surface of the 2D material WS2. This makes it possible to increase both luminescence efficiency and mobility by a factor of 100.

We held the “Physics and Application of Spatial structures on Spin, QuAntum state and Light (PASSQAL)” event in Onagawa on October 31-November 1.
