In the context of human resource development and research and development in the domains of semiconductors and spintronics, it is imperative to establish and maintain connections with the global community. Active engagement in international brain circulation is identified as a pivotal aspect of this endeavor.
The necessity of cultivating young researchers who will assume active roles on the global stage, in addition to the pursuit of research through international collaboration, is a subject that is addressed in this discourse.

Human resources who can handle quantum are indispensable for social implementation of quantum technology. We have started a program to train such people who can handle quantum technology. In other words, we have created an environment in which companies and people interested in quantum technology can use this program.

”Synchronized Photoluminescence and Electrical Mobility Enhancement in 2D WS2 through Sequence-Specific Chemical Passivation” was posted.
In an international collaboration with Uppsala University and Cambridge University, we have developed a new method to passivate defects by continuously chemically modifying the surface of the 2D material WS2. This makes it possible to increase both luminescence efficiency and mobility by a factor of 100.
